About the Role

This opportunity is designed for self-motivated, results-driven entrepreneurs interested in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. You should have relevant business or industry experience and sufficient capital to ensure your agency can deliver the high standards expected by AAA and our members. You will own and grow an agency serving new and prospective AAA Members by selling property and casualty, life insurance, and AAA memberships, along with other products, to a loyal client base.

Responsibilities

  1. AAA Membership: Offer programs for autos, bicycles, RVs, and motorcycles. Members value AAA for roadside assistance and access to savings on dining, shopping, hotels, rental cars, travel, and auto care.
  2. Property and Casualty Insurance: Sell Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, Specialty Vehicles, and Commercial Lines. Access brokered products from multiple reputable carriers to meet diverse needs (varies by state).
  3. Life Insurance: Sell Term, Universal Life, Whole Life, and Annuities. AAA Life Insurance Company, founded in 1969 and rated A- by A.M. Best, provides reliable options for clients.

Required Skills

We provide strong support throughout the process, including detailed onboarding, step-by-step guidance, comprehensive education combining in-person and virtual training, and resources to help you grow your agency. Our assistance covers licensing, financial management, business planning, and access to a network of experienced professionals. Your AAA recruiter can review specific details with you.
