· Start with a solid foundation: The EA model is designed to serve the needs of our members. We carefully select candidates, conduct interviews, and assist with agency location placement based on data and research. We provide EAs with guidance on launching and developing a sustainable, profitable business year over year.

· Step-by-step assistance: Your onboarding will include a detailed deployment plan to ensure compliance with AAA standards and protocols.

· Comprehensive education: Benefit from a mix of in-person and virtual training covering core business skills, sales, customer service, products, and systems.

· Resources to help you grow: As your business expands, access resources for hiring licensed staff, managing financials and cash flows, developing or modifying business plans, and connecting with a network of experienced EAs and business experts. Your AAA recruiter can review specifics with you.

Agency Owner Overview

This opportunity is for self-motivated, results-driven businesspeople interested in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. You should have relevant business or industry experience and sufficient capital to deliver the service AAA—and our members—expect. You will own and grow an agency serving new and prospective AAA Members, selling property and casualty, life insurance, AAA memberships, and other products to a loyal client base.

Products include:

  • AAA Membership: Offering programs for autos, bicycles, RVs, and motorcycles. Members value AAA for roadside assistance and savings opportunities on dining, shopping, hotels, rental cars, travel, and auto care.
  • Property and casualty insurance: Selling Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, and Commercial Lines. Access to brokered products from multiple top-rated carriers helps meet diverse needs (varies by state).
  • Life Insurance: Selling Term, Universal Life, Whole Life, and Annuities. AAA Life Insurance, founded in 1969 and rated A- by A.M. Best, provides reliable options.
