About the Role

This opportunity is ideal for self-motivated, results-driven business individuals interested in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. You should have relevant business or industry experience and sufficient capital to ensure your agency meets the service standards expected by AAA and our members. You will own and grow an insurance agency serving new and prospective AAA Members, selling property and casualty, life insurance, AAA memberships, and other products to a loyal client base.

Responsibilities

  • AAA Membership: Offer programs for autos, bicycles, RVs, and motorcycles. Members value AAA for roadside assistance and savings opportunities on dining, shopping, hotels, rentals, travel, and auto care.
  • Property and Casualty Insurance: Sell Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, Specialty Vehicles, and Commercial Lines. Access brokered products from top carriers to meet diverse needs (varies by state).
  • Life Insurance: Sell Term, Universal Life, Whole Life, and Annuities. AAA Life Insurance has an A- rating from A.M. Best, reflecting strong financial stability.

Required Skills

We provide strong support throughout the process, including detailed deployment plans, comprehensive training (both in-person and virtual), and resources to help you grow your business, hire staff, manage finances, and develop your business plan. Your AAA recruiter can review specifics with you.

Preferred Skills

This role is suited for self-motivated, results-oriented individuals with relevant experience and capital to establish a profitable agency. You will own and expand an insurance agency serving new and existing AAA Members, selling various insurance products and memberships.
