· Start with a solid foundation: The EA model is designed to serve the needs of our members. There is much thought, data, and research that goes into our candidate selection, interview process, and agency location placement. We provide EAs with assistance on how to successfully launch and develop their agency into a sustainable and profitable business year over year.

· Step-by-step assistance: The core of your EA onboarding will be a detailed deployment plan providing guidance to ensure compliance with AAA protocols and standards.

· Comprehensive education: You will benefit from a mix of in-person and virtual training, covering core business skills, sales, customer service, products, and systems.

· Resources to help you grow and evolve: As your business grows, you’ll benefit from resources to help you secure licensed staff, manage financials and cash flows, develop or modify a business plan, and access a network of experienced EAs and other business experts. Your AAA recruiter can review specifics with you.

Agency Owner Overview

This opportunity is for self-motivated, results-driven businesspeople interested in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. You’ll bring relevant experience and need some capital to ensure your agency can deliver the service AAA—and our members—expect. You’ll own and grow an insurance agency serving new and prospective AAA Members, selling property and casualty, life insurance, AAA memberships, and other products to a loyal client base.

Products include:

• Auto, bicycles, RVs, motorcycles, and other vehicles. Members value AAA Membership for roadside assistance and savings on dining, shopping, hotels, rentals, travel, and auto care.
• Property and casualty insurance: Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, and Commercial Lines. Access to brokered products from top carriers to meet diverse needs (varies by state).
• Life Insurance & Annuities: Term, Universal Life, Whole Life. AAA Life Insurance, rated A- by A.M. Best, offers reliable options.
