Qualifications

• Minimum 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required; licensing per state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following security procedures and site policies.
• Screen packages, shipments, and authorized personnel; report irregularities to leadership.
• Monitor access points and screening equipment to control movement throughout the site.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document observations per site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises, loading areas, and perimeter.
