The Entitlements Case Manager will provide case‑management services to clients in community‑based group homes and other settings across three organizations: Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center, Community Wellness Outpatient Mental Health Center, and Community Wellness Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program. The position is available as a part‑time W‑2 employee or a 1099 independent contractor.
Part‑time, 20 hours per week (approximately 50% of total weekly hours) across the three organizations. Work is scheduled Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with up to 10% travel. Compensation ranges from $30,000 to $100,000 per year for W‑2 employees or fee‑for‑service rates for independent contractors.
