Qualifications

• Three years entitlements experience or related field required.
• Experience working with adults with mental illness preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure SSI renewals are handled timely and accurately.
• Monitor Medicaid benefits and program fee disbursements across housing programs.
• Coordinate with SSA/HRA and auditors; provide required materials.
• Document all casework in client charts and maintain relationships with agencies.
