Job summary

Level99 in Natick, MA is seeking a Team Lead to support the floor, coach performance in real time, and ensure every Guest experience runs smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who leads by example, stays hands-on, and takes ownership of both Team performance and Venue standards.

You'll maintain a strong presence on the floor, train new team members, and help resolve guest concerns in a fast-paced entertainment setting. Friday and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Friday and weekend availability, with flexibility for days, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active for 8+ hour shifts; lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
• Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Positive, upbeat, team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong, visible presence on the floor to support team and guests.
• Coach and develop Team Members through real-time feedback and support.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall Venue standards.
• Assist with task delegation, rotations, and operational flow.
• Train new Team Members using structured, hands-on training methods.
• Help resolve Guest concerns and elevate issues when needed.
