Anakeesta, LLC. is seeking an Entertainment Team Lead in Gatlinburg, TN. This on-site role leads daily entertainment programming, supports performers and technicians, and ensures high-quality show execution across the park.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in entertainment, events, hospitality, or themed attractions preferred.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
• Stagecraft experience (wardrobe, scenic, or performance) is a plus.
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with excellent time-management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Flexible schedule — evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test if 18+.

This hands-on role which blends performer coordination, event support, and guest experience enhancement.
