• Maintain active project portfolio visibility and alignment to Entertainment Strategy.
• Translate objectives into action plans with ownership, timelines, and success metrics.
• Measure, track, and report progress; surface risks and blockers for senior leadership.
• Prepare executive summaries, presentations, and dashboards for VP and senior leaders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including HR, Hotel Operations, Finance, and Communications.
