Job summary

The Gersh Agency, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing team. You will support planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects with stakeholders across IT, engineering, and business units.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
0–3 years in project coordination, business analysis, or agency support roles.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Understanding of AI models and agentic workflows.
Experience with project tracking and automation tools like Asana/AirTable.
Experience with media/diagramming tools for training and documentation.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute projects with timelines and milestones.
Gather requirements, document workflows, and define goals and success criteria.
Support Agile ceremonies: stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives.
Create, assign, and track tasks and user stories in project tools.
Draft and share weekly status updates and risk logs.
Maintain project docs in repositories and SharePoint.
Coordinate between development, IT, design, and business stakeholders.
Monitor budgets, vendor PO tracking, and resource availability.
