Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Support Services is seeking aProduction Manager to oversee entertainment, stage, and showroom operations in a casino environment. You will manage inventory, labor costs, and budgets while leading a team of staff in a fast-paced venue.

The role requires a four-year degree and 3–5 years in casino entertainment, with strong leadership, budgeting, and vendor relations skills. Union experience is a plus, and you will interact with department programs and reporting systems.

Qualifications

• Four year degree from an accredited college/university in related field.
• Three to five years in casino entertainment industry preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of Audio, Video & Lighting hardware.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Management experience required.
• Experience working with various labor unions helpful.
• Ability to read and comprehend industry periodicals and write detailed reports.
• Ability to prepare and/or manage financial and/or staffing budgets.
• Proficiency with department specific computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production of entertainment, stage operations, showroom operations, and related entertainment venues/areas.
• Implement, oversee and ensure accurate inventory control for all entertainment equipment.
• Ensure accurate accounting of all labor and related costs for all acts.
• Interview, hire, train, schedule, appraise and supervise all directly assigned personnel.
• Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
• Prepare and/or manage financial and staffing budgets.
• Be proficient with department specific computer programs.
