Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is seeking an Assistant Manager for Environmental Services (EVS) to oversee public space operations and ensure top‑notch guest service. Under the direction of the Executive/Assistant Executive Housekeeper, you will help plan schedules, conduct evaluations, and support training programs.

The qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent; a two‑year college degree is preferred, and at least one year of housekeeping or custodial supervision

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of housekeeping or custodial staff supervision experience.
• Two-year college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work schedules and conduct employee evaluations.
• Assist in hiring and establishing training programs for personnel.
• Inspect operations to ensure adherence to policies and quality of guest service.
• Promote positive public/employee relations at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
