Job summary

Legion Creative Group is seeking an Account Coordinator to support the Client Services team in executing entertainment print and key art campaigns in Los Angeles. The role assists Account Managers and collaborates with creative, production, and vendor teams to move projects from concept to delivery.

You will help with client communications, asset management, and trafficking, ensuring feedback is captured, revisions tracked, and approvals secured.

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with print production processes and asset management.
Understanding of entertainment advertising, key art, versioning, and localization.
Proficiency with Office tools and project management platforms like Monday.com.

Responsibilities

Support Account Managers with day-to-day client communications and feedback.
Assist in gathering feedback, organizing revisions, and tracking approvals.
Schedule and attend client meetings; document notes and next steps.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet timelines and deliverables.
Assist with development, trafficking, reviews, and distribution of key art assets.
Maintain project trackers, status reports, and approval logs.
