Aquent Talent is assisting a leading global entertainment and media organization by sourcing an experienced paralegal for a temporary position in its legal affairs group. You will support production-related contracts, rights documentation, and talent files, ensuring timely, confidential handling of sensitive information.

The role requires 8+ years in entertainment/production law, strong drafting skills, and proficiency with NetDocuments and DocuSign, in a fast-paced unscripted content

Qualifications

• 8+ years of paralegal experience in entertainment law, production law, or contract administration.
• Proven understanding of entertainment and media law principles.
• Ability to manage multiple production matters concurrently with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support for production-related matters, including indemnity agreements, production services agreements, licenses, talent agreements, and other essential production contracts.
• Draft and maintain production contracts, licensing agreements, and all associated legal documentation.
• Organize and manage electronic file systems and production records, focusing on talent files and rights documentation; transition to electronic formats where needed.
• Assist in tracking production agreements across multiple ongoing productions and ensure timely execution of documents.
