Job description

A major entertainment company is seeking a temporary Clearance Coordinator/Paralegal for a long-term (12 month) full-time position. The position will involve supporting a variety of clearance requests, rights inquiries and more. Clearances will include IP content (names and images), photography, social media, marketing assets (artwork, sweepstakes, etc.) and more.

Ideal candidates have experience in clearances or production at an entertainment company with an understanding of clearance-related legal and contractual issues, such as intellectual property rights including copyright, trademark, and right of publicity, production-related agreements including for film and/or television, third-party rights acquisition and licensing, and applicable guild obligations.

This role is 40 hours per week and on-site in Glendale, CA, 4 days per week.
