Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a part-time Activities Assistant in Peoria, AZ. The role involves supporting residents with engaging activities, planning monthly calendars, and coordinating events.

You will also drive residents to events and assist them with entering and exiting the community vehicle. The position offers a friendly team, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to contribute to a vibrant senior living community.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license, a clean motor vehicle record, and at least three years of driving experience.
• The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with residents, family members, and other team members.
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and professional.
• Must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time.
• Strong customer service skills are required.

Schedule: Monday, Friday, Saturday 8:30-4:30 and flexible evening
