A senior living community in Albuquerque is seeking a Full-Time Assistant to plan and execute activities for residents, assist in the development of monthly events, and drive residents to activities. Job Description

Salary: $14.50 - $16.70 per hour

Schedule: Full Time, Friday - Monday

Responsibilities

• Assisting the development, planning, implementation, and execution of activities for residents.
• Assisting in the development of the monthly calendar, procuring performers, providing seminars, and maintaining the resident library.
• Driving residents to events, assisting residents to enter and exit the community vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license, a clean motor vehicle record, and at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with residents, family members, and other team members.
• Must be self‑motivated, organized, and professional; able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time.
• Strong customer service skills are required.
