Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a compassionate team member to support residents with daily activities, help plan a monthly calendar, and assist with seminars and the resident library. This role also involves driving residents to events and helping them enter and exit the community vehicle.

The position emphasizes strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to work independently in a resident-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license, a clean motor vehicle record, and at least three (3) years of driving experience.
• The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with residents, family members, and other team members.
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and professional.
• Must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time.
• Strong customer service skills are required.
