Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial operations for a portfolio of entertainment and high-net-worth clients.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, cash flow, budgeting, bank reconciliations, and general ledger activity.
• Review and approve client payments, credit card activity, and financial transactions.
• Prepare and review financial statements, cash flow reports, and other client reporting.
• Manage client touring and entertainment-related accounting, including tour/show reconciliations.
• Coordinate payroll, insurance, tax payments, and other financial obligations.
• Track royalties and other entertainment-related income streams.
• Work directly with clients and their representatives, including attorneys, agents, managers, and other advisors.
• Review work completed by junior accounting staff and provide guidance and mentorship.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and responsiveness when handling complex client matters.
