• Strong reconciliations, accounts payable, financial reporting, and expense tracking.
• Excellent organization and ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting and financial reporting for touring entertainment clients.
• Prepare and maintain tour budgets, settlements, and tour-related financial reports.
• Track tour income and expenses, including travel, production, crew, merchandise, and other costs.
• Perform tour reconciliations and monitor actual expenses against budgets.
• Calculate commissions and prepare supporting schedules.
• Manage accounts payable, credit card activity, expense allocations, and bill payments.
• Prepare cash flow reports and monitor tour and client account balances.
• Maintain general ledger activity, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Assist with payroll and other tour-related payments.
• Prepare financial schedules and documentation for tax and year-end reporting.
• Communicate with clients, managers, agents, vendors, and other advisors regarding financial activity.
• Assist with special projects and support junior accounting team members as needed.
