Job summary

Levelociti is seeking an Account Executive / Bookkeeper with a hybrid schedule (2 days in office) to support music/entertainment clients. You will manage daily bookkeeping, AP/AR, reconciliations, budgeting, and financial reporting while building strong client relationships.

This role offers a competitive base up to $90K, with a focus on growth, teamwork, and flexible work arrangements within a music industry context.

Qualifications

• 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (business management or entertainment industry experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, AgiLink or similar).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for a portfolio of music industry clients.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
