Job summary

Excellent relationship management and strategic influencing skills.

Responsibilities

Define cross‑company YouTube channel optimization and footprint across Disney’s portfolio.
Set enterprise-wide content priorities based on audience research and business goals.
Establish channel architecture to maximize reach, engagement, and consistency.
Govern enterprise CMS governance, content classification, permissions, and compliance.
Collaborate with Legal to ensure regulatory and platform-policy compliance.
Define policies spanning channel management, monetization, and compliance.
Track KPIs, analyze performance, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
Coordinate with international markets to balance global strategy with regional needs.
Partner with digital teams and YouTube on roadmap, algorithm shifts, and benchmarks.
