ManTech seeks a motivated Coordinating Activity Watch Officer in Doral, FL. You will monitor enterprise networks, log and escalate incidents, and coordinate rapid operational responses with cross-functional teams.

You will draft executive summaries, maintain logs and baselines, and track mission-critical metrics while ensuring compliance with security procedures and reporting standards. A TS/SCI clearance is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Operational Studies, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field with 5+ years of experience in watch officer or command center operations.
• Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience or associate’s with 7+ years of experience may apply.
• Relevant watch officer/command center experience in defense or intelligence environments.
• Experience monitoring enterprise communications systems and escalation procedures.
• Experience maintaining logs, shift handoffs, and critical status reports.

• Monitor enterprise networks, communications channels, and threat management systems to maintain situational awareness.
• Receive, log, prioritize, and escalate critical alerts and information requests across theater centers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate rapid operational responses.
• Draft, publish, and disseminate daily executive summaries and incident briefings.
• Maintain watch logs, baselines, handoff docs, and SOP references.
• Track outages, statuses, and mission-critical metrics.
• Suggest and implement improvements to watchstander workflows and responses.
