Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking an Enterprise Vendor Program Manager III to lead the global vendor management strategy and governance across risk, performance, sustainability and training. The role partners with business teams to implement standardized playbooks and drive value, reporting to the Manager of Enterprise Vendor Management.

The position is hybrid with locations near Memphis, Plano or Pittsburgh, requiring strong leadership of cross-functional teams and continuous process

Qualifications

• Six (6) years of work experience in program/project management, business process design, vendor management governance, or business enablement.
• Proven experience leading the rollout of enterprise-wide processes, training, or tools is required.
• Prior exposure to procurement, sourcing, or supply chain environments is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the design and continuous improvement of the enterprise vendor risk framework.
• Drives evolution of the vendor performance management framework with KPI scorecards and QBR agendas.
• Leads sustainability and diversity integration within the vendor lifecycle.
• Drives the identification and implementation of key technologies (e.g., AI, advanced automation) to enhance vendor management processes.
• Develops training programs and mentors junior team members and stakeholders on vendor management best practices.
• Serves as primary point of contact for senior stakeholders to drive adoption of the program across the organization.
• Owns and drives significant process improvement roadmaps for governance, quality and efficiency.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
