Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking a senior Enterprise Vendor Program Manager III to lead the design and implementation of the global vendor management strategy. You will oversee governance across risk, performance, sustainability and innovation, driving cross-functional initiatives and training while guiding senior stakeholders without direct authority.

The role requires six years in program or vendor management, with a track record of enterprise-wide rollout and strong analytical capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, or related field.
• Six years of work experience in program/project management, vendor management governance, or business enablement.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide processes, training, or tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads design and implementation of enterprise vendor risk framework.
• Drives vendor performance management and standardized KPI toolkits.
• Integrates sustainability, diversity, and innovation within the vendor lifecycle.
• Develops training programs and mentors stakeholders on best practices.
• Collaborates with senior leaders to drive adoption of the vendor management program.
• Owns process improvement roadmaps for governance, quality and efficiency.
