Job summary

Radiance Technologies is seeking an experienced Enterprise VDI/Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy, and sustain a large-scale VMware Horizon–based environment in the Dayton/Ohio area with strong Windows AD and Azure integration. You will manage ESXi/vCenter, Horizon components, 10ZiG endpoints, and hybrid connectivity to Azure, while automating tasks with PowerShell and IaC tools.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in IT/infrastructure and 3+ years in VDI, holds Security+ or higher,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT/infrastructure.
• 3+ years of VDI architectures.
• Enterprise administration of VMware ESXi, vSphere/vCenter, and Horizon.
• Experience deploying Horizon desktop pools, Connection Servers, UAG, Horizon Agents, and VDI images.
• Strong Windows Server/Desktop and Active Directory administration (DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, domain/trust).
• Experience with Azure networking (VNets, subnets, NSGs, routing, hybrid connectivity).
• Troubleshooting across virtualization, networking, identity, storage, and Windows environments.
• Automation using PowerShell and/or other scripting languages.
• CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Top Secret Security Clearance preferred.
