Job summary

Fusion Advanced Technology, LLC is seeking a senior UX designer to lead user research, map end-to-end journeys, and design enterprise portals and provider-facing tools. You will run workshops, align business goals with user needs, and collaborate with PMs, BAs, and Agile teams to ensure accessibility and strong usability outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; five years of related experience may substitute for the degree.
• Minimum five years of experience in user experience and service design.
• Experience planning and facilitating workshops to gather insights from stakeholders.
• Experience designing interfaces, workflows, or service blueprints for enterprise health data systems or provider-facing tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research with state staff, healthcare providers, and the public.
• Map complex service ecosystems and end-to-end user journeys to identify friction and opportunities across cross-agency workflows.
• Plan and lead interactive discovery workshops and co-design sessions with agency leadership and technical teams.
• Create UX artifacts such as personas, wireframes, user flows, site maps, and interactive prototypes for enterprise portals and case management systems.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Agile teams to ensure accessibility and user requirements are met.
• Establish UX performance metrics and iteratively optimize usability and program outcomes post-launch.
