Job summary

EnergyLink Sourcing is seeking an experienced Travel Program Manager to lead and optimize our enterprise-wide travel program supporting Quanta Services across North America. This senior role balances cost, traveler experience, supplier performance, and program compliance in a large, dynamic organization.

You will collaborate with operating company leaders, travel management partners, and suppliers to deliver world-class travel solutions while ensuring safety and efficiency across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 7+ years of corporate travel management or related experience.
• Proven experience negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships within the travel industry.
• Experience managing TMC relationships and enterprise travel programs.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and budget management skills.
• Experience with travel booking and expense platforms (Concur/Navan/Egencia/SAP Concur).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the enterprise-wide owner for Quanta's travel program across North America.
• Develop, implement, and optimize travel policies for varying maturity levels.
• Manage relationships with TMCs, airlines, hotels, rental cars, and travel tech partners.
• Lead RFPs, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations to drive value.
• Own travel spend management, reporting, budgeting, and savings initiatives.
• Monitor program performance via analytics, dashboards, and reviews.
• Act as escalation point for disruptions and traveler support.
