• 6+ years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or travel operations.
• Experience in a large, global, matrixed organization.
• Experience interacting with senior leadership (Director level or above).

Responsibilities

• Support global travel sourcing initiatives and category strategies.
• Define requirements, develop sourcing strategies, manage RFx, and negotiate agreements.
• Develop analytics and dashboards to monitor travel spend and supplier performance.
• Lead program transformation including automation and AI in travel operations.
• Manage supplier relationships and contract governance throughout the lifecycle.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align travel program objectives and budgets.
