Job summary

You will partner with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and clients to define technology strategy, deliver scalable, secure solutions, drive innovation, and mentor cross-functional teams while ensuring governance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, MCA, or related discipline.
• 12–18 years of experience related to the job description.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve enterprise architecture frameworks and technology roadmaps.
• Align technology strategy with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Lead evaluation and selection of technology platforms, tools, and frameworks.
• Design scalable, secure, resilient, and high-performing enterprise architectures.
• Establish architecture standards, governance processes, and best practices.
• Lead end-to-end solution architecture and implementation initiatives.
• Drive all phases of the SDLC including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Create high-level and detailed architecture designs for complex enterprise applications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and architecture teams.
• Ensure quality, scalability, performance, and security of delivered solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative technology solutions.
• Design and implement AI/ML-enabled solutions and intelligent automation capabilities.
• Architect scalable data platforms supporting real-time and batch processing.
• Enable predictive and prescriptive analytics for business decision-making.
• Promote data governance, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive adoption of Generative AI, NLP, and advanced analytics.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to define solution strategies and participate in pre-sales.
• Provide subject matter expertise and technology consulting throughout projects.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Mentor architects, developers, analysts, and engineering teams.
• Drive adoption of reusable frameworks and best practices.
• Conduct architecture reviews and ensure compliance with standards.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support project estimation, planning, and delivery governance.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Develop technology assets, accelerators, white papers, and reusable frameworks.
• Promote innovation through automation, AI, and modern architecture practices.
