Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking an Enterprise Principal Program Manager to shape and advance enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. You will partner with executive leadership to align priorities, manage governance, and ensure delivery of complex programs across the organization.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of experience in managing enterprise-scale projects, strong governance capabilities, and a proven ability to balance strategic vision with disciplined execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, business, finance, operations, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of program, portfolio, or project management experience leading complex enterprise-scale initiatives.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and/or Prosci Change Management certification preferred.
• Experience leading enterprise programs with multiple related projects and governance.
• Experience presenting strategic recommendations, business cases, and risk assessments to executives.
• Expertise in portfolio planning, prioritization, scenario analysis, and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, planning, prioritization, and execution of enterprise programs with multiple related projects.
• Establish and maintain enterprise program governance frameworks, reporting, and best practices.
• Build relationships with executive stakeholders to ensure delivery of objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to identify process improvements and provide mentorship to teams.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders with strategic guidance and risk assessments.
• Influence executive leadership on program priorities, resources, and decisions.
• Analyze program performance and risks to identify root causes and strategic solutions.
• Conduct portfolio and scenario planning to evaluate funding options and resource allocation.
• Resolve conflicts and align stakeholders to achieve enterprise goals.
