Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 15+ years of experience in program management or transformation leadership.
• Proven record leading large, cross-functional enterprise programs.
• Experience with SAP/ERP or similar transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing senior program or project leaders.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Governance, integrated planning, risk management, and issue resolution experience.
• Experience with system integrators and external vendors.
• Program financial management experience.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Clarity, Planview, or SPM.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall planning, governance, and execution oversight of a large transformation program.
• Provide leadership to a team of Senior Program Managers across major workstreams.
• Ensure alignment of scope, priorities, milestones, resources, and outcomes.
• Establish program governance, reporting, escalation, and decision processes.
• Prepare executive updates and governance materials for steering committees.
