Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 7+ years of Software Engineering OR advanced degree and 5+ years of Software Engineering.
• Experience with cloud platforms and modern software architectures.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering activities to support development, optimization, and production readiness.
• Design and implement automated, standardized processes to improve quality and cost.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transition designs into manufacturing.
• Mentor engineers, promote best practices, and drive technical excellence.
