Job summary

UPS is seeking a Manager for Enterprise Transformation Analytics & Automation in Atlanta, GA. This role delivers practical automation and analytics across Finance and other functions, using Alteryx, SQL, and cloud-based data tools to drive better decisions and stronger controls.

You will partner with business and technology teams, translate requirements into functional designs, and lead cross-functional transformation efforts with a focus on scalable data pipelines and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Progressive experience in business analysis, process improvement, finance, operations, analytics, automation, or enterprise transformation.
• Alteryx: Hands-on workflow development for data preparation, joins, transformations, macros, validation, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Partner with functional leaders to map current-state processes, rules, data dependencies, risks, and desired outcomes.
• Design, build, test, deploy, document, and support Alteryx workflows that automate data preparation, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Support cross-functional enterprise transformation delivery across Finance, Operations, Marketing, HR, IT, and other areas.
• Translate business questions into analyses, dashboards, metrics, and actionable insights.
• Develop reliable data pipelines and reusable datasets with controlled handoffs.
• Build data quality checks, validation, and auditability into solutions.
