Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Progressive experience in business analysis, process improvement, analytics, or enterprise transformation.
• Hands‑on experience developing Alteryx workflows with data prep and validation.
• Ability to document processes across multiple functions and connect data, controls, and outcomes.
• Strong analytical ability to investigate data patterns and provide practical recommendations.
• Experience designing or operating data quality checks, reconciliations, and audit trails.
• Clear communication with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to map current-state processes, rules, risks, and outcomes.
• Design, build, test, and support Alteryx workflows for data prep, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Support enterprise transformation across Finance, Operations, Marketing, HR, IT, and other areas.
• Translate questions into analyses, dashboards, metrics, and insights for leaders.
• Develop reliable data flows, datasets, and controlled handoffs between systems and cloud platforms.
• Incorporate validation, completeness, accuracy, and monitoring into solutions.
• Document requirements, data logic, workflows, testing scenarios, and implementation plans.
• Lead or support testing, defect resolution, deployment, and training.
