Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Progressive experience in business analysis or enterprise transformation.
Hands-on experience developing Alteryx workflows and data preparation.
Ability to document processes across multiple functions and connect activities, data, and outcomes.
Experience with data quality checks, reconciliations, and control frameworks.

Responsibilities

Partner with functional leaders to discover current-state processes and requirements.
Design, build, test, deploy, document Alteryx workflows and automation.
Support cross-functional enterprise transformation initiatives across Finance, Operations, Marketing, HR, IT.
Translate business questions into analyses, dashboards, metrics, and actionable insights.
Develop data pipelines and ensure reliable data availability and governance.
Translate business needs into documented functional requirements and data logic.
Lead or support testing, deployment, and user acceptance phases.
Create reusable templates, standards, and governance artifacts.
