Responsibilities

• Own and maintain Commerce product and developer learning content aligned to each platform release.
• Deliver customized virtual and in-person training for enterprise merchants, agency partners, and internal teams.
• Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to accelerate content creation and learner experience.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Professional Services to translate platform changes into accurate learning content.
• Produce product- and developer-focused video content, including scripting, narration, and screen recordings.
• Apply adult learning best practices to maximize learner engagement.
• Conduct scoping calls with merchants and partners to understand objectives and requirements.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Marketing.
• Manage training action plans and coordinate scheduling and administration of learning sessions.

Content Ownership & Development:

• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Professional Services to translate platform changes into accurate, engaging learning content.
• Produce product and developer-focused video content, including scripting, narration, and screen recordings.
• Continuously discover and implement adult learning best practices to maximize engagement.

Training Delivery & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Conduct detailed scoping calls with merchants and partners to understand business objectives and functional requirements.
• Establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Marketing.
• Manage training action plans and coordinate scheduling and administration of learning sessions.

Who You Are:

• 3–5 years of experience in technical writing, instructional design, product training, or developer education.
• Working knowledge of GitHub and local development practices with frameworks like Next.js or Nuxt.js.
• Solid technical foundation with APIs, HTML/CSS/JS, and ecommerce tools.
