Responsibilities
- Provide daily telephony engineering, administration, technical support, and operational services for enterprise telephony and unified communications systems.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and support telephony infrastructure, call routing, VoIP, E911 services, voice gateways, PSTN connectivity, and enterprise telephony improvements.
- Coordinate with multiple technical teams and vendors during service outages.
