Position Overview

A PAM Engineer focuses on securing and managing privileged accounts within an organization to prevent unauthorized access.

• Knowledge of PAM solutions (CyberArk, BeyondTrust)
• Understanding of security best practices and policies
• Experience with identity and access management systems
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Security, or a related field

The IT Analyst role will work with the IAM team, business, and application owners to elicit application onboarding requirements, perform testing validation, and conduct data analysis to ensure accuracy. Responsibilities include researching, analyzing, and documenting data, requirements, workflows, processes, functionality, and controls related to Identity & Access Management. The role involves developing and evaluating information, providing recommendations for decision-making, and supporting high-impact projects. The analyst acts as a technical specialist or advisor to the IAM transformation and compliance teams and serves as a liaison or subject matter expert to stakeholders transitioning to new IAM processes.

Responsibilities

The analyst will lead and perform complex analysis supporting significant transformational and operational initiatives for IAM services. Key activities include:

• Helping stakeholders understand IAM capabilities and functions
• Facilitating translation of business and operational needs to improve existing capabilities and define new IAM transformation initiatives
• Gathering requirements for onboarding applications, provisioning access, and access certifications, ensuring controls are met
• Creating appropriate business tests
