Please review the following information for clarity on the role:
Serve as a liaison between the Product Owner and the product team to promote agile values, practices, and drive delivery by monitoring progress, removing impediments, and seeking continuous improvement opportunities.
Possess a strong understanding of agile principles and best practices. Be skilled in refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, resource allocation, capacity planning, and other Scrum techniques.
Be proficient with Agile metrics to establish benchmarks, measure progress, and evaluate team performance. Responsibilities include preparing quarterly metrics for leadership, maintaining dashboards, and providing insights based on ongoing metrics.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives to ensure focus and productivity. Ensure all work items are aligned with NFCU's Azure DevOps standards with clear details.
Lead and support Program Increment Planning, including creating objectives, linking features, identifying risks/dependencies, and documenting Business Value. Conduct routine meetings to assess objectives and resolve impediments.
Represent the team in ART Scrum of Scrums meetings, identify roadblocks, and facilitate communication and collaboration within and outside the team. Maintain the ADO Data Integrity Dashboard by addressing issues.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners and PPM to manage the sprint backlog, ensuring alignment with the Roadmap and PI objectives. Identify potential risks and dependencies.
Have working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and technical product development. Cloud technology knowledge is preferred. Understand technical features and user stories to manage sprint delivery effectively.
Perform other duties as assigned.
