Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on software engineering leadership with multiple teams.
• 10+ years of progressive technology experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience leading engineering teams including managers, leads, architects, developers.
• Ability to align technology roadmaps with business strategy and standards.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD, testing, cloud, APIs, microservices.
• Experience providing architectural leadership across solution options and tradeoffs.
• End-to-end software delivery accountability from strategy to production support.
• Experience managing budgets, resources, vendors, and multi-team delivery.
• Use data to improve software quality, predictability, and performance.
• Drive modernization and reduce technical debt while maintaining reliability.
• Partner with Product, Security, Data, Ops to translate outcomes into solutions.
• Executive presence and clear communication with senior leaders.
• Manage competing priorities with risk-informed decision-making.
• Establish production ownership and reliability practices.
• Cultivate engineering excellence, collaboration, ownership, and learning.

Responsibilities

• Establish and track engineering and delivery performance measures.
