Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Project Management Lead to drive enterprise platform modernization and strategic transformation initiatives.

You will partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into actionable plans, align objectives with business priorities, and manage complex programs across multiple workstreams. The role requires 5+ years of leadership experience, strong governance and change-management skills, and experience with Agile/SAFe.

Qualifications

5+ years of project/program leadership experience.
Experience leading enterprise transformation or platform modernization.
Experience with Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models.
Strong executive stakeholder, governance, and decision-making skills.
Proven leadership, communication, and change management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise platform modernization and strategic transformation initiatives.
Partner with executive and senior leadership to align program objectives with organizational strategy and business priorities.
Develop and maintain integrated roadmaps, implementation plans, milestone schedules, and delivery frameworks across multiple workstreams.
Establish governance structures and facilitate executive-level forums to drive decision-making, issue resolution, and accountability.
Identify, assess, and manage enterprise risks, interdependencies, and organizational impacts to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
Direct cross-functional teams and coordinate efforts across business, technology, operations, vendors, and external partners.
Drive resource planning and optimization to support evolving business priorities and implementation demands.
Lead organizational readiness, change management, stakeholder engagement, and adoption planning efforts.
Monitor program performance, measure success against strategic objectives, and communicate progress through executive reporting and presentations.
Influence strategic planning and investment decisions by providing data-driven recommendations, delivery insights, and execution expertise.
Promote operational excellence by identifying opportunities to improve governance, delivery methodologies, processes, and organizational effectiveness.
