Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking an Enterprise Technical Search Lead/Analyst to drive Technical SEO, AEO, and GEO across the enterprise. You will shape the AI-ready search roadmap, establish governance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve visibility and performance across brands and digital properties.

You will translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders, lead audits, and implement scalable, automated search solutions in a regulated healthcare enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Technical SEO with enterprise scope.
• Strong understanding of crawling, rendering, indexing and site architecture.
• Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, structured data and JSON-LD.
• Experience conducting technical SEO audits and implementing recommendations.
• Experience using AI tools, automation and analytics to scale search.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Technical SEO, AEO/GEO strategy across priority brands and digital properties.
• Develop and maintain Enterprise AI Search Technical Roadmap for AI readiness and discoverability.
• Establish technical search standards, governance and implementation frameworks.
• Oversee structured data, schema markup, and AI readiness initiatives.
• Conduct technical audits and provide crawl/indexing/site-architecture recommendations.
• Monitor Core Web Vitals, crawl efficiency, indexation and visibility.
• Develop redirects and guide large-scale migrations and platform transitions.
• Leverage AI, automation and analytics to improve efficiency and scale operations.
• Evaluate emerging AI/search trends and optimization opportunities.
• Partner with business, content, analytics, product, UX and technology teams.
