Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking an Enterprise Technical Search Lead/Analyst to drive technical SEO, AEO, and GEO across its priority brands and digital properties. You will shape the AI-ready search roadmap and govern implementation while influencing cross-functional teams to improve discoverability and site performance.

Ideal candidates bring deep technical SEO expertise, strong communication skills, and a track record of delivering scalable enterprise solutions in complex digital ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of technical SEO experience, including enterprise-level initiatives.
• Strong understanding of crawling, rendering, indexing, and site architecture.
• Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, structured data, schema markup and JSON-LD.
• Experience conducting technical SEO audits and implementing recommendations.
• Experience leveraging AI tools, automation and analytics to improve scalability.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and drive initiatives forward.
• Experience across multiple brands or business units in enterprise environments.
• Experience optimizing sites for AI-powered search experiences and large language models.
• Experience with log file analysis and advanced technical diagnostics.
• Experience building automated workflows and reporting solutions using AI-assisted tools.
• Experience working in healthcare or regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Technical SEO, AEO/GEO strategy across priority brands and properties.
• Develop and maintain the Enterprise AI Search Technical Roadmap.
• Establish and maintain technical search standards and governance.
• Oversee structured data, schema markup, and AI readiness initiatives.
• Conduct technical audits and provide crawl/indexing/architecture recommendations.
• Monitor Core Web Vitals, crawl efficiency, indexation, and visibility.
• Develop redirect strategies for migrations and large-scale initiatives.
• Leverage AI, automation, and analytics to improve efficiency and scale.
• Evaluate emerging traditional and AI search trends and opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement recommendations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and educator to drive adoption of best practices across the organization.
