Job summary

Cognition is seeking an SEO & AEO leader to build its organic demand engine from the ground up. You will own strategy and execution to ensure Cognition is discovered by engineers, enterprise technology leaders, and other decision-makers looking for AI software development capabilities.

You will drive how searches map to page experiences, content formats, and governance across landing, use-case, comparison, and gated resources, while improving conversion and activation for enterprise pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise SEO/AEO programs.
• Ability to own both strategy and hands-on execution.
• Strong collaboration with PMM, Web and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own the Organic Demand Engine strategy and execution across Devin, Windsurf, and the broader web presence.
• Create search-optimized experiences: landing pages, use-case pages, blogs, guides, gated resources and demos.
• Develop and own technical, on-page and off-page SEO, IA, AI-search visibility, and enterprise conversion.
