Proven expertise in retiring legacy systems and migrating data to modern platforms.
Extensive experience in change management, including customer adoption strategies.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary owner of client outcomes, maintaining end‑to‑end accountability for the project lifecycle.
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate platform functionality and usability.
Design and implement customer adoption strategies to ensure user engagement.
