Qualifications

• 7–10 years of program or project management experience in enterprise software delivery or SaaS environments.
• Proven expertise in retiring legacy systems and migrating data to modern platforms.
• Extensive experience in change management, including customer adoption strategies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary owner of client outcomes, maintaining end‑to‑end accountability for the project lifecycle.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate platform functionality and usability.
• Design and implement customer adoption strategies to ensure user engagement.
