Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in engineering program management or related role driving large, cross‑organizational change.
• Hands‑on fluency with enterprise work‑tracking systems (Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or equivalents) at scale.
• Experience designing or evolving large taxonomies and driving adoption across teams.
• Strong cross‑functional partnership skills with engineering leaders, PM peers, finance and ops partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across executive, peer, and individual contributor audiences.
• Comfort with ambiguity and high‑visibility executive attention.
• B.S. degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end strategy and execution of work‑tracking standardization across IS&T, including roadmap, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Define how engineering work and ownership are structured for tracking and reporting, aligned with the service catalog.
• Lead taxonomy and hierarchy design at the scale of Apple’s enterprise footprint, applying AI‑assisted grouping.
• Run focused adoption pilots on cross‑org initiatives that prove the operating model.
• Build and lead a champion group that engages teams and drives day‑to‑day adoption.
• Partner with workforce management and capacity planning tool owners so data flows reliably into systems.
• Establish operating cadences, governance forums, and decision‑making mechanisms.
• Communicate strategy, status, risks, and tradeoffs to senior IS&T and cross‑Apple leadership.
