Apple Inc. is seeking a senior Organizational Program Manager to drive efficiency and scalable processes within Apple Services Engineering in Cupertino.

You will own complex programs end-to-end, partnering with engineering leadership to drive data-driven decisions, and develop repeatable solutions that scale across a large organization. You will lead cross-functional teams, orchestrate quarterly business reviews, and influence executives with structured, insightful narratives.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in senior program management or similar leadership roles with end-to-end program ownership.
• Experience influencing senior leaders in a software engineering organization.
• Proven ability to analyze organizational data and translate into leadership recommendations.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and engineering team dynamics.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of programs across engineering leadership, finance, and admin.
• Design, facilitate, and optimize governance rhythms (leadership forums, weekly/quarterly reviews) for high-impact decisions.
• Develop scalable intake processes, triage priorities, and track progress to ensure execution against commitments.
• Lead headcount, budget, and space planning with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Translate data into actionable insights and influence organizational decisions at senior levels.
