Job summary
Applecare Technologies is seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate large-scale technical programs that simplify and scale AppleCare enterprise systems. You will work closely with engineering, solution architecture, and business stakeholders to drive the design process from problem identification through to architecture and implementation.
Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of engineering PM or TPM experience, a technical degree, and hands-on exposure to SAP environments, AI/ML, and change
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline.
- 4+ years of engineering project management or technical program management experience.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale cross-functional systems.
- Experience with SAP or equivalent platforms.
- Knowledge of enterprise-level systems interdependencies.
- Experience with AI/ML, data intelligence, or automation in solutions.
- Experience with change management in technical program delivery.
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead complex technical projects to simplify and scale AppleCare enterprise systems.
- Partner with engineering teams, solution architects, and business stakeholders to drive design from problem identification to implementation.
